Inside Sales Representative
Full-Time | Sioux Center, IA, and Storm Lake, IA
Rent-All is seeking to add an Inside Sales Representative to perform a variety of customer service duties while ensuring a quality rental experience at our Sioux Center location. This individual would be responsible for face-to-face walk-in customer experience, online and phone reservations, payments, and rental agreement paperwork. Loading and unloading equipment for customers, explanation of equipment functions, and maintaining the showroom floor. Successful candidates will be self-motivated, team-oriented, and have great customer service skills.
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in a retail or customer service environment (a plus).
- Knowledge of rental equipment and tools and equipment is a plus.
