As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support. You will be responsible for handling incoming inquiries, assisting customer with reservations, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

  • Responsibilities:
    • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and website chat
    • Assist customers with equipment reservations
    • Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or invoices
    • Administrative duties & office support
    • Website maintenance
  • Requirements:
    • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
    • Strong Communication skills both verbal and written
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
