For customers wanting to establish a line of credit, we require an approved credit application on file. To apply for credit, please fill out our Credit Application and allow 1-2 weeks for processing. Apply online or download our application from the options below.
All customers are required to pay tax unless they are exempt under a specific provision of the Iowa or South Dakota Tax Code. In this case, we require a completed tax exempt form on file. Please download the appropriate form below and fill out.
Some equipment rentals will require a certificate of Liability Insurance on file prior to your rental. We will notify you if this is required for your rental. If it is required, please contact your insurance agent to obtain a copy. See example of certificate below.
