Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting customers with making reservations, explaining equipment operation, and resolving inquiries or issues efficiently.
- Oversee the check-in and check-out of rental equipment; ensure equipment is clean, in good working order, and readily available for rent.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment, including showroom, counter, and equipment yard/storage areas.
- Ensure adherence to all safety protocols for equipment handling and store operations.
- Directly supervise a team of rental associates, technicians and part-time staff.
- Train new employees on store policies, procedures, equipment operation, and customer service standards. Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, address performance issues, and recognize achievements.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting open communication and mutual respect
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in equipment management or related field is preferred.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
